Description

These crispy Parmesan herb potato wedges are the perfect side dish, combining the flavors of garlic and herbs with a crunchy texture.


Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
