Ingredients
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, rolled oats, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Shape the mixture into small bites or balls.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes before adding dark chocolate chips on top.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
These bites can be customized with different nuts or sweeteners.
