Description
These crunchy honey mustard Brussels sprouts are a delicious and healthy side dish that pairs perfectly with any dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
