Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chopped pecans, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
