These Crunchy Sweet Chili Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and healthy appetizer, perfect for any gathering. They are crispy, flavorful, and easy to make!
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.

3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.

5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

7. Fry the cauliflower bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Notes
For extra crunch, you can double coat the cauliflower by dipping it in the batter and breadcrumbs twice.
