Description

This Decadent Chocolate Raspberry Tart features a rich chocolate filling, fresh raspberries, and a buttery crust, perfect for any dessert lover.


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 large egg yolk

1/4 cup heavy cream

8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 tablespoon granulated sugar


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.

3. Add butter and egg yolk, mixing until a dough forms.

4. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.

5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling, then pour over chopped chocolate.

6. Stir until smooth, then pour into the baked crust.

7. Top with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
