These decadent salted caramel brownie bites are rich, fudgy, and topped with a luscious salted caramel sauce. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
2. 2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
4. 4. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
5. 5. Fold in chocolate chips and spoon the batter into the muffin tin.
6. 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. 7. Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
8. 8. Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle sea salt on top of the caramel before it sets.
