Description

A delicious fusion of flavors, combining crispy bacon, creamy mac and cheese, and juicy beef in a crunchy egg roll.


Ingredients

1 cup cooked macaroni

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying


Instructions

1. In a skillet, cook ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until browned.

2. In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and chopped bacon.

3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.

4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

5. Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
