Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cooked macaroni

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1 package wonton wrappers

1 egg, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 pound ground beef

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup sliced pickles

1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, and ricotta.

2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a wonton wrapper and seal with beaten egg.

3. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions until browned, season with salt and pepper.

4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

5. Fry the stuffed ravioli until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
