Ingredients
1 package egg roll wrappers
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup garlic butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. 1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. 2. Add chopped bacon, garlic, and garlic butter to the skillet. Stir until heated through.
3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. 4. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.
