Ingredients
8 oz pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup olives, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese.
3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
