Description

This Fiery Buffalo Chicken Nacho Bake is a perfect blend of spicy buffalo chicken, crispy nachos, and a creamy drizzle. It’s an ideal dish for game day or any gathering!


Ingredients

– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

– 1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup sliced green onions

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1/4 cup ranch dressing

– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

– Jalapeño slices (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce in a bowl until well coated.

3. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.

4. Top the chips with the buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. While baking, mix the sour cream and ranch dressing together to create a creamy drizzle.

7. Once out of the oven, drizzle the sour cream mixture over the nachos.

8. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño slices if desired.


Notes

You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.

Feel free to substitute with other types of cheese if you prefer.
