Description

This Fiery Jalapeño Popper Burger with Cheddar Surge is a spicy twist on the classic burger! Packed with jalapeños, cream cheese, and a surge of cheddar, it’s perfect for heat lovers.


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 4 slices cheddar cheese

– 4 jalapeños, sliced

– 4 burger buns

– 4 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Lettuce and tomato for topping


Instructions

2. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

3. 2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

4. 3. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on one side.

5. 4. Flip the patties, add cream cheese and sliced jalapeños on top, and grill for another 4-5 minutes.

6. 5. Add cheddar cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of grilling to melt.

7. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.

8. 7. Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato, and serve hot.


Notes

 

– For extra spice, add more jalapeños or a spicy sauce.
