A spicy and sweet glaze made with maple syrup, chili, and garlic that gives chicken wings a fiery kick. Perfect for game day or any gathering!
Ingredients
– 2 lbs chicken wings
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Green onions for garnish
Instructions

2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper, then add them to the bowl and toss to coat.
5. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
7. Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining glaze.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

For extra heat, add more chili garlic sauce to the glaze.
You can also grill the wings instead of baking for a smoky flavor.
