Ingredients

4 lbs pork roast

1 cup apple bourbon

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 apples, sliced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh rosemary for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Rub the pork roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
