Ingredients
4 cups of cubed bread
1 cup of chopped pecans
4 large eggs
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the cubed bread and chopped pecans to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
