Description

These Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Dinner Rolls are a delicious twist on classic burgers, perfect for parties or a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

12 dinner rolls

1/4 cup melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion until browned; drain excess fat.

3. In a bowl, mix cooked beef, cheddar cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Cut a small slit in each dinner roll and stuff with the beef mixture.

5. Place stuffed rolls on a baking sheet.

6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley; brush over the rolls.

7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
