Description

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a delicious and healthy side dish that combines the nutty flavor of roasted Brussels sprouts with the rich taste of garlic and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.


Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.

You can also use grated Pecorino Romano cheese instead of Parmesan.
