Description

This spicy and savory Ghost Pepper BBQ Chicken Nacho Bake is an explosion of flavors with a kick. Perfect for game day or any gathering!


Ingredients

1 lb shredded cooked chicken

1 cup Ghost Pepper BBQ sauce

1 bag tortilla chips

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 jalapeño, sliced

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup sour cream (for topping)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Ghost Pepper BBQ sauce until well coated.

3. On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips evenly.

4. Layer the BBQ chicken mixture over the tortilla chips.
