These Giant Mozzarella-stuffed Garlic Knot Pizza Bombs are a cheesy, garlicky delight that will satisfy your pizza cravings in a fun and delicious way.
Ingredients
1 pound pizza dough
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 12 equal pieces.
3. Flatten each piece of dough and place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center.
4. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
6. Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
You can use store-bought pizza dough or make your own from scratch.
