Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1 apple, thinly sliced (preferably Granny Smith)
– 1/2 cup caramelized onions
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 12 slider buns
– Optional: arugula or spinach for topping
