Description

These Harvest Turkey and Cranberry Burger Stacks are a delightful blend of flavors, perfect for fall gatherings or a cozy dinner. Juicy turkey patties, tart cranberry sauce, and fresh greens come together for a delicious burger experience.


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground turkey

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

– 1 egg

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 4 whole wheat burger buns

– 1 cup fresh spinach

– 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

– 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)

2. 1. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. 2. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.

4. 3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).

5. 4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

6. 5. Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey patty on the bottom half of each bun, topping with spinach, cranberry sauce, and feta cheese.
