Ingredients
1 pre-made pie crust
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place the pie crust in a tart pan and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
4. Add brown sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt; stir until smooth.
5. Arrange the sliced apples in the pie crust.
6. Pour the caramel mixture over the apples.
