1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.

3. Add softened butter and egg; mix until a dough forms.

4. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.

5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering; pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.

6. Add vanilla and almond extracts, then fold in cherries.
