Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
5. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.

8. Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until set.
