Description

This Herb-Crusted Salmon with Lemon Butter is a delicious and healthy dish that combines the rich flavors of salmon with a zesty herb crust and a buttery lemon sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter

1 lemon, juiced and zested


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, parsley, dill, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

6. While the salmon is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

7. Add the lemon juice and zest to the melted butter, stirring to combine.
