Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, parsley, dill, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. While the salmon is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
7. Add the lemon juice and zest to the melted butter, stirring to combine.
8. Once the salmon is done, drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the fillets before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the herb mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
