Description

This Herb-crusted Stuffed Pork Tenderloin is a savory dish featuring a tender pork tenderloin stuffed with a flavorful herb mixture, perfect for a family dinner or special occasion.


Ingredients

1.5 pounds pork tenderloin

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup spinach, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and spinach until wilted.

3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, sautéed spinach, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

4. Cut a pocket in the pork tenderloin and stuff it with the herb mixture.
