Ingredients
4 pork chops
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
