Description

These Loaded Cajun Chicken Bombs with Bacon Crunch are a deliciously spicy and savory treat, perfect for any comfort food craving.


Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, diced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 package of crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten for egg wash


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and Cajun seasoning.

3. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into squares.

4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.

5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.

6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
