Description

These loaded cheeseburger sliders are perfect for parties! Topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and a secret sauce, they are sure to be a hit!


Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

12 slider buns

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon pickles, finely chopped

Lettuce and tomato slices for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into small patties.

3. Place patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

4. During the last 2 minutes of baking, top each patty with cheddar cheese and return to the oven.

5. While the patties are baking, prepare the secret sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickles in a small bowl.

6. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each slider bun, adding bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a generous dollop of secret sauce.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
