Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
1 can (15 oz) chili (your choice of beans)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, chili, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
4. Spoon the pumpkin chili mixture over the tortilla chips evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
