Description
A delicious breakfast burrito filled with crispy maple bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese, wrapped in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients
4 large eggs
4 strips of maple bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Cook the maple bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
2. 2. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels.
3. 3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
5. 5. Assemble the burritos by placing bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese in each tortilla.
6. 6. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve with chopped green onions on top.
Notes
For extra flavor, add avocado or salsa to the burrito. You can also substitute the bacon with turkey bacon for a lighter option.
