Ingredients
1 loaf of brioche bread, cubed
6 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
Powdered sugar for serving
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
3. 3. Add the cubed brioche bread to the egg mixture and gently fold until well coated.
