Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Fresh fruit for topping
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Mix well until combined.
3. Fold in the chopped bacon.
4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
5. In the morning, stir the oats and add Greek yogurt.
6. Serve topped with fresh fruit and additional bacon if desired.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to taste.
