Description

Delicious stacks of fluffy pancakes layered with crispy bacon and drizzled with maple syrup.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons melted butter

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Maple syrup for serving


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.

3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

4. Fold in chopped bacon.

5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.

6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form.

7. Flip and cook until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.


Notes

For extra flavor, add vanilla extract to the batter.

Serve pancakes warm for the best taste.
