1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes
These meatballs can be made ahead of time and reheated in the glaze. You can also substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
