Description

These Maple Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Chicken Sliders are a perfect combination of sweet and savory, topped with a crunchy slaw to add texture and flavor. Perfect for gatherings!


Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

– 1 cup maple bourbon BBQ sauce

– 12 slider buns

– 2 cups coleslaw mix

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– 1 tsp sugar

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp pepper

– Pickles for topping (optional)


Instructions

3. 2. In a bowl, mix the coleslaw ingredients: mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
