Description

1.5 pounds pork tenderloin

2.8 slices of bacon

3.1/4 cup maple syrup

4.2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

5.1 teaspoon garlic powder

6.1 teaspoon salt

7.1/2 teaspoon black pepper

8.1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

9.2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

3. 3. Wrap the pork tenderloin with the bacon slices, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.

4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the bacon-wrapped tenderloin on all sides until golden brown.

5. 5. Brush the maple glaze over the tenderloin and transfer it to a baking dish.
