Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and tender.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
