Description

This Maple Pecan Breakfast Strata is a delicious and hearty dish perfect for brunch. Layers of bread, eggs, and a sweet maple pecan mixture create a delightful flavor experience.


Ingredients

8 slices of bread, cubed

4 large eggs

2 cups milk

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Add the cubed bread and chopped pecans to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
