A delicious and easy no-bake salted caramel cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sea salt. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salted caramel sauce, mixing until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. Before serving, drizzle additional salted caramel sauce on top and garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream.
You can make the crust ahead of time and refrigerate it until ready to fill.
This cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
