Description
These ooey-gooey garlic butter cheeseburger stuffed bites are the perfect party appetizer, combining the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a bite-sized treat.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup garlic butter
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and garlic butter until well combined.
4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into circles.
5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle and fold over to seal.
6. Place the stuffed bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from frozen.
