Description

A deliciously unique burger combining the flavors of pumpkin spice with crispy bacon and topped with a sweet maple aioli. Perfect for fall!


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

– 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 4 slices bacon

– 4 burger buns

– 1/4 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp maple syrup

– Lettuce and tomato for topping


Instructions

2. 1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. 2. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.

4. 3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.

5. 4. In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach desired doneness.

6. 5. While the burgers are cooking, mix the mayonnaise and maple syrup in a small bowl to make the aioli.

7. 6. Toast the burger buns on the skillet until golden brown.

8. 7. Assemble the burgers by spreading maple aioli on the buns, adding the burger patties, topping with crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomato.

Notes

 

– For extra flavor, try adding some cheddar cheese on top of the burgers while they cook.

– This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger gathering.
