Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 slices of bacon
4 brioche buns
1/4 cup truffle aioli
1 cup arugula
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
4. While the patties are grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
5. Toast the brioche buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden.
6. Assemble the burgers by spreading truffle aioli on the bottom bun, adding the patty, bacon, arugula, and tomatoes.
7. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra touch, add a slice of aged cheddar cheese on top of the patty while grilling.
