Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
– 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 burger buns
– Lettuce and tomato for topping
For the Maple Aioli:
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– Salt to taste
