Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 small onion, finely chopped

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– 12 slider buns

– 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese

– 1 cup arugula

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


Instructions

1. 1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
