Description

These Savory Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them the perfect side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

2 pounds baby potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.

3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.

5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
