4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

4. Add the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
