Description

Savory Herb Chicken and Spinach Wraps are a delicious and healthy lunch option, packed with protein and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large spinach tortillas

2 cups fresh spinach

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup hummus


Instructions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

3. Coat the chicken breasts with the herb mixture.

4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.

6. Spread hummus on each tortilla, then layer with spinach, sliced chicken, feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes.
