Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 whole wheat pita breads
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
5. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
6. Warm the pita breads on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
7. Assemble the pitas by adding sliced chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
8. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and serve immediately.

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
